Discord for Xbox One
Discord, a social gaming service, is one of the best to have around. It’s safer than Skype and TeamSpeak, it’s free, and you could interact with gamers across the world via PC and mobile. Now, I would like to bring Discord to Xbox One with the same features but with fresh added Xbox One features like snapping, etc.

+1 on this. Would truly like to see discord available for xbox. I’m not a fan of skype and the generic party talk has little to no customization to it. Discord would be a godsend
This would be amazing and if Microsoft and Discord determine to team up when you are looking at your friends list it will tell you what game they are playing and what they are using for example NAME1 is playing Rocket League(Xbox One) and NAME2 is playing Rocket League(PC) therefore if there are games that are cross-platform then you will be able to see what friends are playing and maybe ask them to join some how through private matches
would be a realy nice idea <Trio
Discord would be a excellent addition to console because of fresh features of cross-platform games like rocket league. Besides more gamers sign up for discord every day and this would be a big addition to xbox.
I think Discord on Xbox would be a fine addition to the console.
I have many friends whom don’t have a console, so wouldn’t get a gold account just for voice.
It would bring a decent talk client to the device, especially if you can fix it to the side of the screen, while playing, watching, listening.
It would actually enhance any streaming service such as "Mixer" as well.
I would like to see Discord on xbox as well. It is wonderful when playing cross platform games like forza. Except all the other goodies people have mentioned The main reason we use it instead of the xbox party talk is the "thrust to talk" feature. Being able to assign a button or stick on the controller to access it would be superb. Not to mention that it is light and rapid.
I use Discord when playing cross-platform games with friends. It would be excellent to have an Xbox supported app instead of having to use Discord’s voice talk through a phone or laptop.
I would love discord integration on consoles.
I think Discord on the Xbox One would be amazing. Sure it would lock horns with the already existing Xbox One party system, but you can think about it like this: Discord is more than just a party talk system. You can add webhooks, roles, bots, and do even more. On the normal party system, you can’t do that. I also think it could compliment other systems, like the Xbox One club system. But all of these very likely would take a while for formatting. However, it’s not unlikely.
I use discord for fairly literally everything. I feel the only issue however would be formatting it for console. I mean. Recall how long it took us to get skype on xbox in general?
Been watching too many of these that read too much like an ad
Discord is pretty awesome! But I think this would make Xbox Live’s party talk system pointless as both Party Talk and Discord kind of just cancel each other out.
You need to look at the things that Xbox does that Discord does too. Clubs and Servers serve if not the same purpose, a bit similar. Party Talk is pretty self explanatory, I just wish that connection services on Xbox were as swift connected like Discord.
Instead of a Discord app, make Xbox Live as comparable to Discord!

Discord is a free voice and text talk app designed specifically for gaming.
Discord was born out of our own frustrations with the voice and talk contraptions we all use while playing games. It’s a bit strange that in two thousand fifteen most of us are using talk apps that haven’t been updated in years to play games that are updated every week. We deserve better.
Discord brings gaming communication out of the stone age. It’s free, effortless to use, and with you even while you are AFK.
P.S Way better than Skype
Left behind to add in; the voice com owners said they want to reach out to Xbox and Sony
Discord is a voice comm service that shows what game you’re playing, it’s on multiplatform; tablets, phones and PC it’d be good to communicate with your gamer friends who don’t play Xbox?
Fox, they said they want to make an Xbox one app
Bring discord to Xbox one. It’s not only better then Skype, It would permit other users and myself to talk to friends over on PC.
You would have to contact the people that make Discord for them to make the app. Once the App is made then MS can work on features.
