i use tawk.to its free, unlimited sites, unlimited talk operator, unlimited talks per day, shortcuts, the entire nine yards! i love it! hope this helps.

What browser are you using, Jon? Do you have another one that you could attempt? Some browsers (notably Internet Explorer, but there may be others) restrict scripting in the ‘Local Machine’ zone for security reasons, so what you see in preview may not match what you see once the page is uploaded. If you create a improvised folder on your web space (so that you don’t disrupt an existing live site) you can upload your talk page to that folder for testing.

i attempted that however i could not tell what page they were visiting on my site. they have done alot of updates since i began using them so they could have switched that.

I’m attempting to setup tawk.to on my webplus x8 website (www.bigheadevents.com), but can’t get it to work- it certainly doesn’t showcase when I preview the website
I’ve attempted adding an "HTML Fragment" and copying the tawk.to code using "Paste to Header" which didn’t work – I then attempted using "Paste to Figure" – this also didn’t work.
I then attempted by hand adding it to the page, as well as to the Master page, but still got nowhere.
I’m no html experienced so is there a step-by-step guide to this anywhere or can anyone help?
